Do I need a recipe/formula for a product before having you manufacture it?
No, our Culinary Development Team can help you develop a recipe/formula that meets your needs, whether you want to fill an existing portfolio or create an entire line. Matching and/or creating formulations is one of our strengths and we don’t charge you for this service.
Are you 3rd-party audit certified?
Yes, we are certified by NSF, Cook & Thurber with the best overall rating. Currently we are an SQF Level-2 facility and working our way toward level 3.
What are your private label/co-pack minimums?
We have different minimums for each container size, but it’s safe to say that our minimums are far less restrictive than most food manufacturers. We love new customers and we can accommodate most small and emerging brands since our annual minimum is just 100,000 units.
What if we need an item that’s not currently in your portfolio?
We’re solution providers. If there’s a void in your existing portfolio, our Certified Executive Chef and Culinary Development Team can fill it, even if it’s a product we’ve never created before. Likewise, we partner with our clients to invest in necessary capital equipment where volumes warrant.
